Booblaa is a minimalist meditation app that offers optional paid subscriptions. We respect your privacy and are committed to handling your information responsibly. This Privacy Policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Account Information: Booblaa does not require you to create an account and we do not collect names, email addresses, or contact details within the App.
• Subscription Purchases: When you subscribe to Booblaa Pro, the purchase is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive anonymized purchase receipts that confirm your subscription status so we can unlock premium content. These receipts do not include your full payment information.
• App Usage: We do not use analytics or tracking SDKs. Session selections and preferences remain stored locally on your device.
• Support Communications: If you contact us by email, we will receive the information you provide voluntarily so we can respond to your request.

2. How We Use Information

• To verify your subscription status and provide access to Booblaa Pro content.
• To respond to support inquiries and provide customer assistance.
• To comply with legal obligations or enforce our Terms of Use.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your data. We may share information only in the following situations:

• With app store providers (Apple and Google) to process subscriptions and manage billing.

Subscription receipts are stored securely and retained only as long as necessary to provide the service and maintain accurate purchase records. Local preferences remain on your device and can be deleted by uninstalling the App.

• Delete Local Data: Remove the App from your device to delete locally stored preferences.

Booblaa is developed in Spain. If you access the App from outside Spain, you consent to the transfer and processing of information in Spain and other countries where our partners operate.
